Hey. Yesterday?

I caught a frakking Coelacanth in Animal Crossing: Wild World yesterday.

In case you don't know, it's the rarest of the rarest of the rarest of rare fish in all three AC games. AND I FUCKING CAUGHT IT!!!

YES!!!

And in the same day, I upgraded my house to one of the last upgrades. (The back room.)

I'm loving my new graduation laptop. I've been playing a bunch of City of Heroes. Anyone on my flist play? I'm not too social in MMORPGs, but I'd be happy to team up with someone I know!

(The Coelacanth is also a real fish, like all creatures in the game... Except Dr. Shrunk...)

OH HEY LEVERAGE IS FILMING IN PORTLAND NOW AND I LIVE LIKE UBER CLOSE TO PORTLAND AND I WANT TO SEE THEM FILM AND MEET PARKER AND CHRISTIAN KANE AND EVERYONE AND WIL WHEATON IS IN TOWN RIGHT NOW FILMING AN EPISODE OF LEVERAGE AND OMG SQUEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Oh, and yesterday Teen Titans was on T.V. for the first time in ages!! I miss Teen Titans.

A FEW MORE THINGS: My mom is addicted to Y: The Last Man. And Scott Pilgrim rocks. (Guess who has been to the comic book store recently!)

So, May 14th was my birthday. My 18th birthday! And all I did to celebrate? Went to the comic book store (FINALLY), played some Animal Crossing: City Folk, and saw Star Trek. All things I could do before, although I did look under that "18+" cardboard thing in the back issues at the comic store. Turns out it's just "Heavy Metal." I was expecting porno comics. Like, 100% porn. Geez, THAT'S why you have to be 18 to work there?

So, this week is my Spring Break, and I've mostly just been sitting around playing Pokémon and Animal Crossing: Wild World until today. I finally left the house! (Oh, I finally beat the Elite Four in Leaf Green! Yay!)

First my family and I had lunch with my dad at the mall, and that was fun. I found a bunch of really cheap Lord of the Rings video games. I didn't buy any, but I might later. They probably aren't very good.

Then we went to Powell's where I bought The Hobbit!! YAY! I'm only a couple pages in, but I already get a kick out of the narration. My older brother really wanted me to buy Watchmen, but I can get extra credit in Mythology for reading The Hobbit because we're currently reading The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe and Tolkien and Lewis we're good friends and critiqued each other's writings. But anyway, I won't get extra credit for read Watchmen. Not to mention Watchmen was $19.99 and The Hobbit was only $6.95.

Then I went bowling with my friend (who is in college but is home for the break), her younger brother, and another friend from Marching Band. We played three games. First one I won, second I got last but with a decent score, and the third I came in last with only 31 points. There was another kid from band there a few lanes down. That was pretty cool. So that was a lot of fun.

So, yeah. We're going to watch LOST soon! Yay! In the car my younger brother said "son of a!" and I thought of Sawyer and my mom said "is there a new LOST on tonight?" XD

Last night was the Winter Formal. I went and actually had a lot of fun. I danced my dorky dances the whole time. I got an equal amount of odd looks and compliments on my dancing. It was tons of fun. Even if they only played TWO cool songs. "What is Love?" and the Fresh Prince theme. I requested "Safety Dance" and "Never Gonna Give You Up," but they didn't get played D:.

I think they should have Rock Band sets at school dances. Seriously, wouldn't that be AWESOME? :D Students could sign up to play, they wouldn't have to pay for a DJ.... I think I'm going to have to suggest this. The idea is pure gold.

Oh! I've been meaning to ask. Does anyone on my flist play Animal Crossing: Wild World? I've been playing it like crazy lately. I really want City Folk.
