DO YOU BELIEVE IN LIFE AFTER LOVE?!

The ONLY true love I believe in is the love between Winston and O'Brien! And Chad and Ryan from High School Musical!

I find myself in a strange 1984 mood right now.  I don't know why. I'm searching "1984" on DA, and some cool stuff is coming up. Now I know I'm not the only one who has written a 1984 fanfic. Which reminds me, I still need to post my Julia story here. And my Anthro paper. Crap.

I think I blame the song "Pet" by A Perfect Circle for my current fandom mood. Yesterday, I was listening to it, and I first thought "Ba Sing Se", which of course led to "Oh my Gods! This song fits 1984 so well!"

I'm actually planning on maybe making a community for a 1984 fandom. If anyone out there is interested. There are a lot of communities on LJ that have philosophical and political discussions relating to Orwell's dystopia, but nothing less serious than that. Because, really, it was shipping Winston and O'Brien that got me through the book. And Julia's potential awesomeness. Of course deep discussion will be allowed, but the aim would be stuff like fanfics, talking about the actual characters, and stuff like that.

So, yeah. If I ever get around to that.

This week is the PAX Convention! Yay!

With school, for now. YAY!

I can actually relax somewhat. Write fanfiction and other stories. Make more icons. Play video games. I'm still going to take a math class online, though, to recover a credit. But that's it.

School ended for me last Friday, but I had to finish one last thing and I turned that in today. And I said goodbye to my Anthropology teacher who is moving to China for two years.

Anyone interested in reading a 1984 story I wrote for my Lit class? It's from Julia's point of view during Part III of the book. Would that actually be considered a spoiler? Well, point is, I think Julia would have held herself together longer, or at least better, than Winston. I loved writing Julia.

I'm about to see Kung Fu Panda with my sister and cousin. Is it any good? 

*EDIT* Just got home. Oh. My. GODS. Kung Fu Panda was AWESOME!! I seriously was not expecting that level of ass kicking awesomeness. And Master Tigress was great! I just wish they had a little more of her.
